My 1998 156 1.8 ts takes a while to run smoothly on starting. I have to feather the throttle for a few minutes and even then the power surges until it warms up. Anyone had a similar experience?

A slight misfiring problem solved this morning (147 JTD) - caused by injector wire coming loose..... .....and the sidelight bulb - had to pay dealer to change it this time as I couldn't get the holder to budge..... my consolation for the labour charge is that it took them 1/2hr to do it!
