I have a Quick Question...I have a 1993 Ford Taurus GL (3.8 Ltr V6 with a Automatic Transmission) What should I expect to pay roughly to have the Engine swapped out with a rebuilt engine that I would most likely obtain from ATK or Jasper. Thanks, Chris

Why did this fix work? by nooobody
One morning in the winter, several years ago when I lived in Ontario, Canada, my Maza pickup truck would not start. The fix? Putting a stronger anti-freeze solution into the cooling system. I know why it worked. Can anyone guess the reason?

Most automobiles are made of CHEAP materials !!!!! by Bruno Beam
The automobile companies are a bunch of gangsters who want that the automobiles die after a few years. Oldtimers are much more reliable than all the modern rubbish which is made of cheap plastics !

Very medicore mech reliability JD Power scores for 2001 Audi A6? by [email protected]
Hello! I am considering buying a 2001 Audi A6 2.7T with the 6 speed. I was kind of stunned when I saw that JD Power gave the 2001 model a score of 2 for mechanical reliability in the midterm (1-3 yrs) time frame. This is the lowest score they show, lumping it in with "the rest." 5 is "among the...

The fluid is...

The shop manual for our 2000 Accord 4 cyl shows a block coolant drain plug under and to the left (facing toward) of the oil filter. But the only plugs I see are the engine oil drain plug, and a 10mm allen head bolt directly under the filter. Could it be the allen head bolt, or do some Accords...
