Angel eyes - fitting clips?? by Badger
Hi to all, just been given an angel eyes kit at Christmas. Looking through the contents there's no clips supplied to fit the rings into the headlights. If anyone has fitted a set of these, what did you use to actually locate the rings in the headlights? I could go and fabricate some sort of clips...

Tuning parts for 330i petrol 2003. by Chap
Hello, I have a Dec 2003 BMW 330I petrol saloon. I was wanting to know if there were any tuning parts available for this car, air filters chips ETC ? I have looked through the BMW magazines available in the UK but everything seems geared up for either older cars or diesels. The car has now done...

BMW 525i Jump Start Damage by Paul
I used my 86 BMW 525I to jump start another car and connected the jumper leads in reversed polarity! (silly me thought a black wire was negative in all parts of the world). The BMW now starts but will not idle at any speeds. On starting it fires up ok but then dies and I have to gun the accelerator...

Oil Change:::Now it leaks by EggRaid
Hey gang, I had the oil changed on my 93 740i this week. Never leaked a drop. My driveway is immaculate and now I notice that the car is leaking a bit. Not been under yet, but would you assume that someone didn't replace that washer on the drain plug like they were supposed to? Would this lead...

Still got wiper probs on '98 E39 by Scott
Still got problems with these bloody wipers... Changed the relay K11 (only one relay on '98 model, not 2 as in earlier models) - is this the only relay in the wiper circuit ? Checked the wiper mechanism and it seems OK, moved freely manually. Checked voltage on wiper motor, only getting 2.6v...

1983 325i general info? by [email protected]
Friend told me tonight that HIS friend who hobby-restores BMWs might have "the perfect car" for me. It's a 1983 BMW 325i, which I take it is one of the smaller models. It will take a couple of months for the restoration; apparently the price will be between $2500 (mechanically sound) and $3500...

How to remove wax from black plastic parts by vricardo
First of all: Happy New Year!!! After reading some posts on waxing, here's my small contribution: the best way I know to remove wax from black plastic parts is to scrub them with a toothbrush with pure car shampoo. This has to be done very carefully not to spoil the waxing of the metal! Then I...
