Still have front brake issues! by [email protected]
Back in December I had opened a dialogue about some rather strange brake issues I was having, and yesterday I did a bit more work which didn't really seem to help. Before I did anything, I replaced the stop plate behind the pedals because I could see the brake pedal was coming back way too far...

Doc Hollywood , the movie question by Okikuro
O.T. ? that Porsche in the movie . was it really a Replicar? and did they really wreck it twice ? or did they base the car used on a wreck they had found in the junk yard? And could such a wreck (first one) damage the "Hard to Find" oil pump.? I know it's just a movie, but if you like Bridget...

Got some snow today. by Shag
The roads were really bad so I took the 4wd truck to work. The roads will likely be even worse tomorrow. But no need to worry. I have it covered. :-) http://photos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak-snc1/v2106/125/7/1437904395/n1437904395_209138_2657.jpg

Venttiilitilastoja taas by Aimo Grönroos
Alan arvostuksesta kertoo varsin suoraan se miten alan ammattityöväestö suhtautuu tekemiseensä. Siitä voidaan ottaa esimerkkejä laajasti. Ammattilaiset haluavat usein myös jälkikasvustaan työnsä jatkajia. Yritysmaailma on pullollaan työstä ylpeitä isältä pojalle siirrettyä sukuosaamista. Mutta yksi...

Shorten Swing Arm or something by John J[_3_]
I really like the way the '58 performs with the slightly larger tires (on BRMs) but the rears stick out just enough that I cannot fit stock skirts on it. Any ideas on what I can do to fit the wheels/tires just a tiny bit farther in?

'71 Ghia Tires (5.60-15) -> 165R15 Unavailable ? by Steve Mc
I haven't bought tires in quite a while, so am surprised that I can't find any around locally in the tire stores . The 5.60 - 15 is my original spare, and I'm not even sure the 165R15 86T's are the best size for the car, though they've been on it since '01. Any help or suggestions would be...

Att: John regarding dogs again. by P.J.Berg[_3_]
Hi. Feeling ok today? I just watched the film 'welcome To Mooseport', very entertaining. It also had a Staffordshire Bull Terrier in it, just thought I'd mention it. In real life the Staff(Staffordshire Bull Terrier) is quite easy to tell apart from an Amstaff(American Staffordshire Terrier),...

regulator: sparks flew by Tell
I was pulling out the back seat, and some metal came in contact with the regulator, it was dark, and all I saw were sparks. The generator light stays on now while the engine is running, and all the fuses look fine. It seems to me that I fried my regulator, but is there a possibility that something...
