Hello
I have a 99 escort that has been acting up for a couple days. It idles fine,
but when I hold press down and hold the gas pedal, the engine revs in waves.
The RPMs of the rev is proportional to how much I press down, but the pulse

electric power lost problem with 97' buick skylark by
sunny
Hi, all, my little car have no electric power and the battery is
drained if I don't drive it for several days.
Battery replacement doesn't solve the problem.
Is it because it is aged and have to be often charged on high way?
Does someone have any suggestion?
Thanks!

This problem...

when I finish flushing the radiator that I need to re-fill it with a
50% - 50% mix of distilled water and DexCool, but can I just flush it
with regular tap water? If I have to use distilled water then,
typically, how many...

Caravan 2000 A/C issue by
Fred[_2_]
A/C not working in the rear, not cold in front, cool at best. Hook up a
gauge to the low pressure side and it reads in the zone on the gauge
that says it has enough coolant. Low but in the good zone. I tried to
add more coolant to bring it higher in the good zone but it seems like
the system isn't...

Turbocharger RPM by
[email protected]
I have a general question about turbochargers. The application would be
for domestic cars. I've read a lot about the peak rpm numbers for
turbochargers, but no low end numbers. The overall concensus seems to
be 150,000 - 200,000 depending on the application. What I want to know
is the rpm profile...

electric starter. It sat throughout the year 2005 without being used. I

hesitation problems with the engine. Basically it will stall and
sputter if you turn the wheel too far backing out of a space, or if
sitting idle, when hitting...

blue smoke on startup by
TB
My friend's 5-year-old Saab95 burps blue smoke on startup. I asked if
he has taken it to the shop to check it out, but he said it's ok
because it's a turbo, and turbo often does that.
Do you agree? I'm not 100% sure....
Any ideas?

Trying to put in new plugs. 1989 Chevy truck 350 engine. Cast iron heads.
Two of the plugs are stuck tight. When I put pressure on the wrench it just
does move. It feels like the threads are fixing to gauld. Now, before I
wring these threads out, how is the best way to remove these plugs?...
