Stuck ignition key by
Alf Loizeaux
This morning I tried to start my '92 Miata and I could not turn the
ignition key. After I jiggled the steering wheel a bit, the key finally
turned and I started the car. I drove to the bank and parked it. When I
came back to start it, I had the same situation again. The wheel had to be
jiggled...

Block drain plug location ?????? by
Zing
I want to drain the antifreeze on my 2002 Mazda Protege with the 2.0
litre engine. Yes, I know it is a Miata group, but many have Proteges
also.
I had a 1997 Protege and the owner's manual showed a block drain under
the exhaust manifold. Never did find it. My daughter has the car now.
I looked...

bolt size? by
John Gindlesberger
I cleaning up my 97 Miata, I noticed that two bolts had loosed and fallen
out--one of those holding the sun visor and another holding the plate for
the hard top beside the passenger seat. I'd like to replace them, but I
don't know the sizes. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
John

05/06 comparison by
Alex M. Postpischil
Hi all-
While I'd love to keep driving my 90b forever, it's starting to get to
the point where fixing it is costing too much (though mostly minor
stuff). While I had it in the shop a few weeks ago I milled about the
showroom... While I was really drooling over the Rx8, my heart tells me
to stick...

Miata hesitating. HELP! by
yabadabadooo...
Hi all
I need some help/advice/opinions again from this group. About 6 months ago I
had the crankshaft pulley, bolt and key replaced because of a wobbling
pulley. Some of the regular guys in this group may remember me asking for
opinions on that too.

Heater core by
Chuck
Be very careful when removing plastic dash parts. Many are very brittle on
the older models.

Idle by
Gary
'91 STD with A/C shut off.
What controls the idle from veering off its mark? Keeping it on the money
and not moving a fraction.

I'm having a problem with my '03 Miata by
tobyindallas
98k miles (I travel a lot)
The car will seem to run fine for a while, but if it has been running for
an hour or so it starts having hiccups where the engine seems to
momentarily lose power. By feathering the throttle I can get through it
(it has only happened for a couple of days). At higher...

Automobile magazine's 10 best sports cars by
Grant Edwards
While at the dentist a couple weeks back I looked at this
month's "Automobile" magazine. They had an article about the
"10 Greatest Sports Cars of All Time". They weren't ranked,
but seemed to be listed in semi-chronological order:
An Alfa-Romeo from the 1920's
Shelby Cobra
Two Lotuses (Elan and...

94 brake upgrade by
me
Hi all,
I wanted to upgrade my 94 Miata brakes with some new rotors, lines and
pads, possibly without changing wheels (still have the OEM 14" alloy).
I was thinking of something like:
http://www.good-win-racing.com/mazda/miata/13-1025.html
Any suggestion/experience on the subject.
