SYE recommendation by Jerry Bransford[_2_]
You absolutely do not need to pull the t-case and the whole job can be done in about an hour less than if you did pull the t-case. Just drive the rear of the Jeep up onto a pair of car ramps to give you way more than enough room to do the job comfortably. The job itself is not as complicated...

J.B Conversions Wide Chain Kit by Jerry Bransford[_2_]
It's a good kit but unless you're really hammering your Jeep, it's really not all that necessary. If the cost is not an issue at all, go for it but there aren't many chain failures noted by offroaders with the NP231. Doug Fritz wrote: > Does anyone have experience with the J.B. Conversions...

fuel tank capacity by Arold \Al\ Green
Hi, I bought a 98 TJ Sport 6 cylinder. The dealer window sticker was still with the paperwork and it says it has a 15 gallon tank. Is this accurate? I had assumed the tank would be cloer to 20 gallon. Thanks, Al __ Arold "Al" Green

Pinion angle, revisited... by Jerry Bransford[_2_]
An angle finder placed on the output shaft's u-joint gives the t-case's output shaft angle. Then the plane of the axle's pinion angle can be found with the angle finder placed at the rear of the axle housing on one of the two circular points which is perpendicular to the pinion shaft. Since...
