Well, I guess its my turn to have some electrical problems. I replaced my license bulb (thanks to everyone's help here) and it didn't work. The bulb I took out looked fine as well. I closed the hatch and turned off the lights, then turned them on again...and the bulb worked! After opening...

Buy a 540a with 128K? by JefreyReb
Hi, I am looking at 97 540a with 128K miles. It seems to be in really good shape and has been maintained well. I can't find anything wrong with the car. The owner wants about 10K for it. Is this a good deal? Is there any compelling reason to not buy a 540 with those kind of miles? Any advice...

Bentley Service Manual by SteveG
Hi folks, a belated Merry Christmas to one an all. I've managed to lay my hands on the Bentley manual for the 5 Series (1989 - 1995) and wondered if anyone could tell me how much of that - if any - will be relevant to my 1990 730i (E32/M30)? This manual is in pdf format so if anyone wants a 61MB...

BMW 325i reliability and maintenance by Dan
I own a 1998 toyota camry with 190K miles on it. I had no major problem with the car. It only needed oil change, timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, idle control valve and other standard maintenances. It is still going strong but a very boring machine. I am considering buying a new 325i. How is...

BMW 850 by centrum72
I have a bmw 850i 1991 with about 12,000 miles on it. Mint Condition. Wife would not drive it because it was too expensive. Sitting under a cover under a carport. Any idea what it is worth or how I might sell it? It's almost in "never used" condition.

Help replacing fron fog lamp S39 by DCA
I am reasonably comfortable with low level car DIY but would appreciate some guidance with replacing a front offside (UK) fog lamp (the round eyeball type). Do I need to remove the bumper? I can't see any easy way to access it behind the bumper moulding. Thanks

545/330 owners, NAV review by Scott C
I'd like to know just how useful the Nav system is on the BMW's - I read it's not that good - others have touch screen, easy to enter names - some via Bluetooth phones.. and I'm thinking I'd like to use this Nav system a lot.. but won't if it's not user friendly.. so, any comments from owners...

Great Justice performed by a BMW Driver....Captured On Perpetrader's own Camera by Hans
This is a video of a City-guy in a BMW being followed and harassed by some Rednecks. In this case they choose the wrong person to mess with. I love this Vigilante flavored video a lot and can only applaud the person in the BMW. I hope this is not to off-topic, but when I found this clip I though of...
