FOUND MY CHIRP!! finally found that annoying chirp on my 2000. by [email protected]
I found this squeak in early 2001 on my 2000 GT. Very annoying. It is the windshield washer hose rubbing under the black plastic cowl. Remove the cowl, wrap the washer hose in spongy insulation and reinstall the cowl. If you think you have this squeak simply press on the black cowl by the washer...

Didjaknow by Craig Shaffer
I recently bought a 2004 left over mustang for my 79 year old Mother (She chose whatever car she wanted) She is having a bit of difficulty seeing the speedometer in bright sunshine and wanted the white face gauges like in my Thunderbird. No problem, Ford sells the part, yea its expensive, but...

Merry Christmas to everyone. I have a 1995 Mustang GT that I recently upgraded to sn95 rear-end and brakes. The front end was upgraded to 1995 Cobra rotors and calipers as well. My dilemma is that I cant get the sn95 brake booster in around the strut tower to complete the brake upgrade. Anyone...

PING: Katmandu - tops by SVTKate
Ok, try this. Check your figures. See what he has allowed you for the top and the labor. The insurance company SHOULD cover the price of labor, Period. As far as the top, find out what the formula is for depreciation. If it's (lets say) 80% than they should listen to you when you tell them that...

The saga of my 1983 GLX by [email protected]
Still working on the old car with the great 3.8 engine: economical but fast. It never did run right at idle, but when you drove it, it seemed to run like a bomb. Then the brakes started hissing, and after having fixed the booster, it runs smooth now. Seems like the several mechanics who have...

Engine swap 99 v6 into 94? by SuperD
I have a 99 v6 that I want to put into my 94. What do I have to do to make the switch? Can I modify the old injectors to fit the new design heads or will the change mess up the ecm? If at all possible I want to keep the added 45 HP of the 99 or do I have to change over the old heads to the 99?...
