92 temperature cycles by DAVMO
If it stays in the normal range while it's cycling, what is the problem? If you are sure the Tstat has the correct temp limit, you may not have any problem at all. Sounds like it is opening and closing just like it should when the engine begins to heat up to the stat limit. My 91 typically...

Thanks for tip, J. I'm still not sure this problem is fixed, although I was finally able to get some brake fluid to bleed through. Where is the limiting valve located? "J Abbey" > wrote in message ... > could be your limiting...

rear window wiper quit by Hollastaguy113
In the back of the truck there is a little compartment on the left hand side, open that and in there, there is your power supply for the windshield wipers in the back. Something could be unhooked or just not gettin any juice. check that out and it could fix your problem.

block heater for cold climates? by Chief_Wiggum
For those of you that live in freezers... I was always curious about having a block heater. Is it common for public places / workplaces to have a place for you to plug in ? Seems like it would be awful generous of them to give away "free" power ?? Just curious... Being born and raised in the...

Help me out guys!!!!! by Mike
I'm not familiar with body kits, but Ford change the body style *big time* starting with the '95's. So, I'd guess that the 94's and previous will not work with a body kit made for '95 and newer. Just my educated guess, though. You might try this online shop, give them a call and see if they have...

Anyone get a recall notice for their '02? by knagy389us
When I was in having the neutral tow option turned on in the computer (only charged me $25 since I did the work :) I asked about the rear glass recall and was told there were no parts available yet. I'll bug them again in a bit. Have to bring it in for leaking driveshaft seal. Ken

Where's the radiator cap? by Saychris2
I just drained the engine coolant, back-flushed the system, and added the new coolant on my "new to me" used 2001 Windstar (3.8L engine). I could not locate the radiator cap. I noticed the reservoir pressure warning labels so I assumed the radiator was born without a cap. Something new to me. ...

97 explorer radio lights by Don-Don
I don't want to sound too negative again, but there are a lot of very smart people that are on the Internet. Just because one person sell the information doesn't make them wise. A lot of people (llike myself) are frustrated enough that the radio displays died, and then to have someone post...

Is the Ford Explorer good for illegal street races ??? by Karl-Hugo Weesberg
My friends say that my Fors Explorer is slow and I can never beat them. Is that true ? Can I upgrade the car for the street races? It's important to be faster than the cops, that's rule #1!

Bottom fog lights question by Searcher
I need to know the bulb number for a 97 Explorer bottom clear fog lights. It seems that the 886 referenced does not fit, on the ones removed the lettering is worn off. There are several different types that "look" right but the two types that I bought do not fit. Thanks Searcher1
