Spitfire 1500 Houndstooth Seats by
Rusty[_2_]
I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to help me locate the
correct Beige houndstooth fabric that was used on the 1977-1980
triumph spitfires.
I've seen the seat covers that are made by Newton Commercial and the
houndstooth fabric is a perfect match. Only thing is the beige vinyl
is a...

Hupmobile Model 32 by
[email protected]

1914 Hupmobile Model 32 ? Oil is sent to the cylinder bores via a
regulator valve linked to the throttle - the idea being that the
faster you go, the more oil to the bores. But maybe my valve is

Fantastic cars in SD area by

THE SAN DIEGO COLLECTION
Every month or two I like to stop here on the way home from my usual
auto museum duties. It's what I call an automobile consignment shop,
although I don't know if that's the correct term. It's in a one story
building on El Cajon Blvd at 72nd Street in La Mesa,...

priming carburetor - better way? by
Jim Beaver
My 57 Chevy's been sitting a while and won't start, so I figure the carb
needs priming, as it was in fine shape before. Is there a better way than

primed a carburetor that something has come along to improve or make...

Why Drive and not Forward? by
Ad absurdum per aspera
> D- Drive, Well you do "drive " the vehicle but why not F- Forward?
Good question! I honestly don't know the answer, but this page about
the Hydra-Matic suggests narrowing down the search to the immediate
postwar years:
