The early ND reviews are in and it is good by
Bruno, Copenhagen - Denmark
Here is a Road & Track quote:
"Is it the best Miata ever? Clearly—but that's like calling What's Going
On "a really great Marvin Gaye record." It's more than a great Miata.
It's a wake-up call to the people who build cars around the world, a
flag thrust defiantly in the faces of the people who...

2015 Mazda6 Gas Mileage by
rll_sb
I bought a 2015 Mazda6 Touring and am disappointed in the fuel mileage. It
is rated at 26 city and 38 highway. I am getting much less. In town my
average is about 22 mpg and perhaps mid-30s on the highway.
I would be interested in hearing others' mileage numbers.
Thanks,
- Russ in Santa...

2000 Miata fuel smell in car by
Bob @ B&D Auto
The only place I smell fumes is the right rear wheel area. The evap. vent is
in this area so I might expect to smell vapors. Evap. smoke test passed.
Passed .010 orifus test. No signs of any fuel leaks from tank to injectors.

Location for retractable headlight motor on Miata by
Jeroen Feelders[_2_]
There are two: right behind the headlight in the engine bay. They have
removable dustcaps that cover a manual retractorwheel.

Hello <again> by
miker[_3_]
Back again... I still love my Ranger, but missed the black '96 Miata too
much. I used to hang out here from 2005-2009.
Decided to give up my road bike (an SV650) last spring and wanted another
Miata for those trips to the twisties. Eventually I found a white 2003 with
only 15k on it, looked...

Tire advice by
miker[_3_]
As stated elsewhere, white 2003 NB new to me, about 18k on it now. Current
tires are 205/45R16, labelled "Turanza" on the rear (well worn) and "Falken"
on the front (not bad).
I'm no racer, most tires will probably handle ok for me. My main intended
use will be lots of highway miles to scenic...

Spec Miata drivers? by

I am creeping towards getting into amateur racing, most likely in the SCCA
spec Miata class. I've been in touch with a few people who are active in
that community. Anyone posting here who has any words of wisdom? Does
being involved in amateur racing automatically disqualify me from
claiming...

92 miata 1.6 engine coolant drain plug by
[email protected]
So, really old thread, but over the years I've learned a few things about my '91 - take with a grain of salt because I have a water cooled turbocharger hanging on the side of the engine.
When I drain my '91, I get almost 6 quarts out the radiator drain plug, as far as I can tell, if you don't tilt...
