Odd sound from clutch? by RichA
When I drive, I hear a squeeking sound from (I assume) the clutch. When I apply slight pressure on the cluth pedal, it goes away. It's almost like a worn brake sound.

I stopped at a stop sign and at a dead stop the RPM went up to 2200 and wouldn't come down. Stopped at another stop sign, and the same thing. Shut it off, restarted and it was fine....

steering noise by Fred
Hi I have a problem with the power steering on a 89 LX 5.0. You can feel a clunk while turning the wheel left ot right. I had it to the dealer but all they did was give me a brake job and tighten the wheel bearings. The problem remains.
