Cigar Lighter blowing fuses by
wf81
My 1972 Mustang Coupe likes to blow fuses.
I bought a new lighter and element installed them, after cleaning all the
rust and filth, when I push the lighter in the fuse blows. I've run
continuity between the power and ground, ground is good and the power only
grounds when the lighter is pushed...

Are You One Of These Type(s) Of Drivers? by
[email protected]
1. Distracted drivers talking on cell phones (known as Motor Mouths)
2. Slow drivers in the fast lane (Turtle Racers)
-- I like to call them rolling road blocks.
3. Pushy drivers who tailgate (Piggybackers)
4. Drivers who weave through traffic to gain one or two car lengths
(Wacky Weavers)

EFI 1994 351W into '68 coupe by
Thomas Cameron
All -
Like I mentioned a while ago, I bought a complete 1994 SVT Lightning EFI
351W engine for my '68 coupe. It's going in in about a week, but my
mechanic says that he thinks I need to send the wiring harness off to be
modified to work in the '68 coupe. Since I am using the C4 transmission
for...

What Price Will Fuel A Change? by
[email protected]
With gasoline prices surging across the nation in the wake of Hurricane
Katrina's path of destruction in the Gulf of Mexico, the cost of
running a car appears to be heading for what some auto experts say is a
tipping point for American drivers.
The price of gas is now well above $3 a gallon in some...

Any recommendations on a good chrome cleaner?
I've got 33 yrs. of oxidization. I'm trying to clean the exterior door
chrome molding.
I've tried rubbing compound, goof off, "never dull" (which worked
fantastically on the interior chrome) and a couple off the shelf 3m chrome
cleaners. All cleaned the...

Rebuilding a "90 seven-up" Mustang and the original swaybar measures 33mm
(1.291) but everyone shows an 1 1/4 or an 1 5/16 for new frame bushings.
What size is it?? One guy says go bigger and put teflon tape in it?? and
another guys says go smaller??...but it is sure going to be tight to put...

Fog Lamps by
Brian[_24_]
Hello all, I was wondering if there is a way to make the fog lights come on
with the high beams? I have read threads on the mustang sites but they all
seem to be way over complicated. Does anyone know how to make this happen?
Thanks Brian

Something sticking...... by

a ticking on the right side (from the driver's perspective. When I first
start it cold it doesn't tick. After about 1-2 minutes it starts ticking
quietly. It does not tick when idling, only at cruising speeds. It...
