aRKay[_4_]
I really like the new (to me) C6 but the turn signal sound (tic tic tic)
is so low it is just about useless. Its there something like an old
fashion flasher relay that can be changed to increase the sound level of
the tic tic tic. It is swamped out by the engine and dual mode exhaust.
Are the...

C5 Weird Left Door Security Issue by
aRKay[_4_]
My 2001 C5 Black Coupe seems to be having age issues with only 56K on
the clock. The starter failed in the Wall Mart parking lot. Long
shaggy dog story but I had the starter replaced and that is good.
I have a new issue with the left door lock. If I exit the vehicle and
lock the doors with...

Electrical - turn indicators stay on by
Art
My '84 'vette's dash illumination does not work after I washed the car. The
turn signal indicators and the high beam indicator stay on. Does this mean
a bad ground at one of the lights? If that is correct what is the best way
to check the ground at each light?
Thanks for your help.

not want to bother...

LED Taillights in an 84 by
Art[_3_]
I want to put LED taillights in an '84. When I hook them up as straight
lights and remove the bulb lights from the circuit the turn signal flasher
does not recognize them and the turn signal system reacts as a burned out
bulf would make it react IE: turn signal light stays on without flashing. ...

incorrect and the duct doors are 'stuck' closed. Can somone help me with a

'84 crossfire to carburator conversion by
Art[_3_]
Hello All Again,
After doing tremendous research I think the conversion is not very difficult
as long as certain things are compromised. Please allow me to run these
things by everyone for comment.
1. Emissions - 1984 was a very early stage of emission control and the
components can be easily...

changing crossfire C4 to carburation by
Art[_3_]
I need just a little advice about changing from crossfire fuel injection to
a carburated engine on a 1984 C4.
The intake and carburator shall be Edelbrock. My question is I have been
told that I can continue to use the HEI distributator, is this possible? If
it is I only have to change intake,...
