Beemer
Honda Civic 2003. I do not understand how I can change the failed bulb.
Tried gently prising the light but it does not want to release.
Is there a special way to open it?

Transmission problem 99 Honda Civic EX by
Ldap6969
When I start to accelerate after being at a stop sometimes the car jolts or
gets stuck in its first gear. I have to let my foot off the brake till I
feel a slight shift in the gear before I can hit the gas so it doesn't do
this. Sometimes when changing into other gears you have to kind of help
it...

A/C Problem 99 Honda Civic EX by
Ldap6969
Sometimes my a/c works, sometimes it doesn't. I have replaced the relay
and blower motor and it still only works sometimes. The air is cold, but
when the air is on high it tends to start dying down. The only way to get
it to blow hard again is by hitting the bottom of the unit
behind/underneath...

Accord door lock problem by
[email protected]
For about two months I haven't been able to keep my '94 Accord EX
locked. When my (power) locks are triggered, it will keep triggering
over and over and won't stop. It started when it did it a couple of
times, then a few more and now it just keeps going endlessly. I can't
fully lock my car because...

Install / Replace Solenoid by
[email protected]
Hello all,
I have '99 Honda Accord. The brake lights went out on it and I was
told that the solenoid needed to be replaced. It is a solenoid that is
located near the gear shifter where the console is, therefore I am
assuming that it is called a shift solenoid. Someone took the old
solenoid out...

Stevens Creek Honda is cheating by
PK
Stevens creek honda indeed is cheating consumers. Stay away from this
place for service.
I received an alignment coupon at home for $99 for my accord. I could
get it done cheaper outside but thought that dealer would do a nice
job. This place has such bad mechanics, that my problem (pulling
towards...

Advice on a 98 Accord by
[email protected]
So I have a 98 Accord EX V6 with 141k miles. I've always taken good
care of the car but recently the transmission went on the car. Dealer
wants almost $4000 to put in a remanufactured transmission or $3000 for
a used transmission with 85k miles and 1 year warranty. I asked about
TSB's for the car...

Timing way off - replacement engine in '93 Accord by
KWW
Put in a replacement engine in a car. When I went to adjust the timing, the
15 degree BTDC mark was way up so that I had to look up in the timing hole
to see it (could not look straight in and see it). I estimated roughly that
it was another 15 to 20 degrees out. The check engine light is ON. ...

I'm not a car person, so I've been trying to browse the newsgroup, but
I don't get everything that's going on. I'm trying to get an idea for
how much I should expect to pay, and what really needs to be replaced
on my car.
The exhaust pipe, between the muffler and resonator, is corroded and
