Scott S
Does anyone have a diagram or a picture showing an assembled Z bar on a 67
or 68 beetle?
I have a bag of new rubber and slides on the floor and two naked rods on
the car.
Any help appreciated.

Remco
Hi All
Slowly but surely, I am collecting items to use for later. Last week I
bought headlight rings since mine are pitted. In reality, I won't use
them for quite a while.
The ones I bought were described as being for a "1969 VW Bus or Bug
Eyelids, Original , chrome finished , excellent...

rusty bolt hint; by

Planning some work on old bolts?. weeks before , squirt some thin oil
on the bolts/nuts. I thin used motor oil and keep in squirt can.
the vibration of normal driving helps the oil penetrate.
good luck.

best place to find used 100hp engine by
[email protected]
I'm looking for a ready to run (all accessories) type 1 used engine for
use in testing an aircraft propeller. I would like to get 100hp at
around 3500 rpm (I'll have a gear reduction so my prop speed will be
lower).
I don't need a rebuilt engine as this will just be run on a test stand.
I'm not...

It's been six years since I took out the rear windows. Even so, I cut the
rubber since I was replacing the seal. What's the easiest way to remove the
windows and still be able to use the seal again?
