come back on at the same time one day. The rest of my lights have had no
problems at all. Nothing flickers, it just either works for days or...

Auxiliary Gas Tank 1971 Chevy K20, 3/4-ton 4wd by
Leon Rowell
Vic,
Don't know if you have been to this site yet:
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/
Scroll down to the section that covers your truck. You have to do a
simple register to post or access some areas but it's not a biggie.
The problem with getting a yard tank around here is the first thing they

I recently purchased a 2006 Frontier NISMO with Hill Descent Control

concentrate on steering"). According to the manual, the truck has to
be in 4LO and traveling slower than 21 mph when HDC is activated. I

using 4x4 question by
Nobody
I have a question about my 94 F150 4x4 manual 5 speed trans. As most here
probably know ford has 2 hi 4 hi N and 4 low on the transfer case. Plus I
also have manual locking hubs. Now I find myself wanting to use low range
now and then but not the 4x4. So I just leave the hubs unlocked for a 2...

4x4 with no limited slip? by
[email protected]
I'm looking at a 2006 4x4, 4 cylinder, manual, with SR5 package. This
does not have limited slip, and is not an option.
I live in southern Calif so seldom see rain or snow. Several times a
year I might go to the ski areas, but then you primarily have fresh
snow, and I'm just on the roads.
The...

2wd with locking diff or basic 4x4 by

I've started looking at newer Tacomas. My needs are pretty basic and
I'm looking at the base model 2.7l 4 cylinder 4x4 with manual trans.
I do a lot of driving on desert dirt roads to get to hiking trail
heads. Most of...

LIFTER OR ROD TAPPING IN MY 88 GRAND WAGONEER... by
[email protected]
Recently purchased my 88 Jeep Grand Wagoneer and had it in the shop for
a tune up and carburetor cleaning. It has a little over 150K on it and
I noticed a few days ago a tapping sound whenever any load is put on
the engine (going up hill or accelerating). It doesn't tap when idling
and seems to...
