Are the 04's dropping in price? by
A Guy Named Steve
I remember earlier in the year there were some pretty large sales on the 04
GT's. Now that the 05's are making appearances, I'm guessing the the prices
for the new 04's should be plummeting.

Checking In by
A Guy Named Steve
Will Ulmer just noticed Dwight disappeared from Facebook - and then posted some of the RAMFM decals (yes, these were a thing). So I thought I'd stop back by and noticed that it looks like Patrick hasn't been here in a long time either.
I still haven't had a Mustang in about 15 years. I'm always...

1993 Mustang "Transition Phase"!? by
A Guy Named Steve
"Everything about this stang is a cobra minus the emblem on the side."
Well, that and it's obviously an AOD car, has a standard 5.0 intake, all the stuff that's hidden from view of these photos, and oh yeah... you're full of it!

Off Topic: Youtube of my 455 idling by
A Guy Named Steve
For those in the know (or in the care), here's a video I shot this
morning after changing out the break-in oil. The inner springs for
the valve springs haven't been reinstalled, so the rpm's are being
limited.
After watching it, my driveway almost looks like the bottom of a
dried, rocky...

RAMFM - How I remember thee... by
A Guy Named Steve
Wow,
I haven't visited anything related to USENET in quite a while. I
didn't even set it up when I got my current laptop. I thought I'd stop
by ol' RAMFM and see if it was still alive.
I guess it is, however nothing like the good ol' days...
I was amazed to see through the Google Groups stats...

Hey Patrick... by
A Guy Named Steve
Have you talked to anybody back in ABQ?
I just heard this in a Buick forum:
"Yes it was at the Albuquerque national dragway!
The track has been repaired of all potholes after reopening last year with a
new owner."

FREE: 1970 standard seats in NJ by
a l e x
For FREE: 2 standard front seats from a 1970 mustang. Black vinyl in
excellent shape with no rips or tears. Not quite show car quality with
minor nicks and scratches on the plastic, but excellent for a driver. I was
going to put these into a 66 Mustang coupe, but sold it before I got...

Canadian 89 GT. by
[email protected]
I am looking at an 89 GT "Cobra" here in Ontario; 160, 000km,
8000.00$CAN. I went to look at it, and I noticed cobra badges on the
sides where "ordinarily" there would be a 5.0L badge. Now I know that
the GT's of this time were indeed called GT "Cobra's" here in Canada,
but did these also have...

Ford Mustang 2000 by
aaa
The interior fan switch now only works on the high setting. Does anyone know
what the cause and fix for this might be. I had a similar problem with a 99
honda civic and it required me to replace a resistor located behind the
glove box. Suggestions greatly appreciated...

Car will not start in cold weather, Why? by
Aaron
I have a Ford Explorer and it will not start when it dips into the 20s.
It has about 50,000 miles and is a 1999. The battery is fine and the
engine cranks. When the weather warms back up it starts fine. I used
to drive an old mustang and I had to set the choke in cold weather, but
I thought it...

Looking for engine advice for my 73 convertible by
[email protected]
This summer I purchased a 1973 Mustang convertible. The car is
equiped with a 302 and automatic suspension. I would like to have the
engine either rebuilt or replaced this spring. Being a convertible,
i'm not looking to drag race the car or anything like that, but i'd
like it to have a little...

95 GT giving 11 MPG and not good throttle response by
Abbas
I bought automatic GT 95 all-stock last month and its giving me 10-11
miles per gallons. Also the throttle response in first and second gear
are bad. I know this is not stick shift, even then I was not expecting
slow response from "GT". My 96 thunderbird has better throttle
response. This is the...

air intake kit by
Abbas
I'm thinking of buying air intake system for my mustang gt 95. I was
looking at eBay and price ranges were from $60 to $200+.
What could be the differences in these sets? Or what is a good system?
Thanks
Abbas
