Now that summer time is approaching has the number of active iRacing members gone much past 6,000 yet? Last I read it was about 9,000 members, 3,000 of which left, leaving about 6,000 active members.

XP/XP Dualboot with a seperate gaming/simming partition will limmit the sideeffects of Starforce. Tripple boot would probably be best. Productivity, gaming/simming and gaming/simming with SF. :) Jone T.

I am currently running SCC and NR03 on 2.4 chip with a gig of RAM and GForce 128 mg video...works OK but would like better. Anyone have a suggestion of how far up I need to go to get real improvement?

I am having a hell of a time with the NSR sound. The engine volume is so weak I can't hear my own engine at the starting grid over the others. I put engine volume at Max and sound effects way down and still real weak. Maybe they are electric cars? That would explain the cuddly soft engine....
