Alfa 155:reverse light/gear switch by
Christian Petersen
Hi,
Does anyone know where the switch that enables the reverse lights when
the car is put into reverse is placed?
The dealer changed the gear box before I got the car... I wonder if he
failed to connect the reverse lights...
Thanks in advance,
Christian, 94 Alfa 155 2.0

'83 Spider won't start by
wf
I finally broke down and sold my 83 Spider to a friend of mine. He
came over to get it today and wouldn't you know the beast won't start.
Three of us spent the better part of the day trying every trick in the
book just to get the engine to kick over but we got nowhere.
When I crank, the motor...

I guess my old Alfa is getting in trouble :
when using the clutch pedal (the left one if the dictionnary was
right...) it is loose for half the course and then works perfectly so i
can change gear.

diesel tuning by
Grahame
Hi all.
I've read loads of stuff about self fit tuning units for diesel engines.
They promise more power and torque, same or better fuel economy, engine
stresses well within manufacturers tolerances - all for under £400!
If they're that good, why doesn't everyone fit them - or why don't...

OBD-II Software by
mick
Having problems posting so I apologise if I've posted this already.
Has anyone used any OBD-II software for ALfa and if so which one?
WOuld VAG-COM work (i.e. software for AUdi/Voltswagon).
I'd like some simple software to read fault codes and maybe to clear
them. Oh and being able to program...

156 brake pipes. by
Simon Mason
My wife had a brake failure on our 1999 156 1.8T. The garage says a brake
pipe has rusted through and all the fluid escaped. Just thought I'd mention
it so that people can inspect theirs for similar corrosion.
