Supercharger for new 2005 4.6 Mustang by Ritz
I'm considering a new Mustang for a weekend project car. My plan would be to drive it home from the dealer and install: supercharger upgraded exhaust upgraded suspension (maybe) bigger front brakes My goal is to have a ~450hp car when I'm done that's still reliable. I'm not really concerned...

Completely O/T by Jafo
You might be an EXTREME Redneck if: 1. You let your 14-year-old daughter smoke at the table in front of her kids. 2. The Blue Book value of your truck goes up and down depending on how much gas is in it. 3. You've been married three times and still have the same in-laws.

Interesting update on my Cobra by KJ.Kate
I got a call a couple of days ago from a kid in town, said he thought he saw my Cobra at a car lot and stopped to have a look at it. Sure enough it was Shug. She came all the way back to Lexington. He was evidently the guy that bought her the day we traded her in. I stopped in today on my way...

PLEASE .. need help putting a 351w in a 67 by Mike_in_SD
Hi .. I bought a rebuilt 351w from a guy that swore that it would fit in my mustang. (67) But I have two big problems. 1st is the sump hump on the pan runs into the steering linkage and crossmember. So .. do they sell a pan oil pump kit that moves the hump to the front ?

New cobra, same old ford marketing crap. by Brent P
This is old news, but I haven't seen it covered here... Yep folks, ford has once again decided on instant collectable marketing by spreading the cobras thin. http://thegt500source.com/2005/articles/shelbygt500.dealerallocati.html At current projections, we expect around 7,000 units to be...

Fox Body GT getting hot...what gives??? by GT5OH
I am having problems with the cooling system on my 1990 GT, when I drive anywhere the temp gauge reads higher than normal and the more I drive, the hotter it gets (no **** sherlock) but this is where I am confused. I removed all my hoses coming from the radiator and the water pump and sure enough...

1991 Mustang GT w/ 14K miles by Grumbler
My sis-in-law owns this burgundy/silver 1991 Mustang GT with gray interior. It's been what I call a garage queen, and is absolutely cherry. Her husband has been having health issues for 3 years now, and she is waffling on whether to sell the car or not, but she needs to get a good idea on what the...

What's the best way to clean engine parts? by [email protected]
I'm not sure how to ask this question without seeming ignorant, but since I am ignorant, I guess that's ok. I have a '65 coupe that I'm starting to rebuild. It has been in pieces for a long time. I've contacted a professional who will help me with the hard stuff, but I'm willing to do grunt work...

QUESTION: 1996 GT Intake Manifold by EADGBE
I have purchased a non-Ford "updated" intake manifold to replace the cracked and leaking original intake on my 1996 GT. The part is American-made and seems to be of high quality, and it only cost a fraction of the price of the Ford part. QUESTION: Has anyone had any experience with these updated...
