CR-V problem, anyone heard of this? by
fltcpt
I just have my fluid changed and the noise
went away. I feel compelled to thank
once again all your advices.
It's amazing oil can somehow lose viscosity...
you would have thought they've developed
something better by now...
Thanks again!

BeachDude
Has anyone with a Cold Air Intake and experienced some problems
associated with water or moisture?
Myself, I'm not worried about submersing the damn thing - but more or

Should I be worried? What about these half circular splash...

And a screech question by
Rivergoat
Even with new drive/serpentine belts which were installed after a
recent timing belt repair, I still find my '90 Lude will make a
screech when pulling out from a dead stop if there's also a load
involved, which is to say if I'm starting up a slight incline or other
effort for the car to move. It's...

Bolt Removal Problems by
Caroline
Update:
Unfastening the bolt connecting the rear lower control arm and trailing arm was
as ugly as others in the archives reported. I never actually got it free from
the bushing or its nut.
I never tried a torch, but that would be my next suggestion.
I eventually drilled and cut (by hand) the...

98 accord timing belt by
Corkster
I am needing info on timing belt replacement on my 98 accord 4cylinder. The
car has 132000 miles and don't know if it's ever been changed yet. How hard
is it to do? I am a decent mechanic but never tackled one of these.Dealer
wants $600 to do it, I can buy parts for $200. So I want to do it...

Auto detailing by

Try Liquid Glass, that should but a first rate shine on a black Accord.
It's a bit expensive, but it is great stuff.

88 Accord Overheat by
toohothonda
I have an overheating problem with my '88 Accord. It has
193k miles on it.
On a hot day, when idling, the temperature gauge rises close to the 'H'
mark, and when I park the car and shut it off, I can hear it boiling over
under the hood. When idling, the A/C also isn't very cold. Whenever...

Follow-up: Code 43 on 90 A. EX finally cleared! by
Slipnfall
Hello,
I posted a few weeks back about trying to rid of a code 43 on the
above Accord. Since it occured I(for one reason or another), installed
a good distrib(bearing going) with coil/ign, rotor, cap, wires, plugs,
fuel filter, finally an 02 sensor, and cleaned out the EGR valve
itself... Mind you...

Prelude starting by
Hamish
My son has just bought a 1998 Honda Prelude 2.0i with 50000 miles and full
Honda service history. His problem is that when the engine is warm, and he
tries to start it, the starter motor turns the engine, the engine seems to
fire and then the starter motor stops, and the engine then quickly...

Driving with a new exhaust header only... by
BeachDude
I've priced out almost everything I need to tweak my engine - new
header, high flow cat, high flow muffler. And to save a few bucks on
the shop installation - I was going to do the header myself.
It's the pipe work / welding after the header I can't do. Is there any
chance of damange to my engine...

Cd Multichanger by
Hamish
The MP3 sounds like a good option, but space is at a premium in the NSX, and
I really don't want wires all over the place, which is why I was hoping the
car was pre wired into the boot area, without having to start disassembling
the dash board as they never seem to go back together the second time...

MP3 Player for Honda Civic 2001?? by
Aditya Tiwari
Hi
I want to get a MP3 player for my 2001 Honda Civic Hatchback in the UK and
not lose my existing tape player. Halfords say that they can't add another
headunit to my tape unit, instead I would hv to go for a Sony MP3 CD changer
+ Adaptor for 300£.
I would like a reliable, clean-sounding and...
