Starter bolt by
NapalmHeart
Hi,
I'm replacing the starter on a '96 SL2. The top bolt is rather rounded off.
Anyone dealt with this problem before?
Thanks,
Ken

Flikering lights by
HyperCube33
My car (1997 Saturn SC2)'s lights flicker constantly.
Supposedly, I recently had my alternator changed out, after it abruptly died
on the highway.
My car has almost always had some kind of flickering light problem, but in
the past months its gotten worse, and is exsecially worse over 55Mph and...

fuel guage/fuel pump by
Elaine again ^,,^
Since my mechanic replaced the fuel pump and flushed out all the
anti-freeze, the fuel gauge doesn't work, it's staying on full. Is there
a fix for that? Thanks from a woman driver driving for 45 years. I love
my Saturn.

Wheel Alignment explanation by
New & Improved - N/F John
I had a 4 wheel alignment on my L200 but I don't really understand the
results.
Please consider the front left tire. The printout had three columns
labelled: Actual, Before and Specified Range (SR). The rows were labelled
Camber, Caster and Toe. Only the Caster was above the SR on both the...

Drum Pulls Off Easily by
[email protected]
My grandparents recently bought me a 1997 SL1 with my money without
consulting me first. I am having a couple issues that I'm not sure
where to start.
1. Last week, I blew a tire. While changing the tire I found that the
brake drum easily slides off without making any adjustments. I know
that it...

Brake problems 24 may05 by
Roy
Had my 98 SL1 in to have rotors and pads changed. Since I got it back every
once in a while the front brakes will tighten up. The pedal gets really firm
and when I push in the clutch it is like the brakes are being applied
lightly. It only seems to be affecting the front, if I hit the brakes...

2001 L100 Tail Light by
jtfogarty
My rear tail light just quit and the dealer told me I need to replace the
whole assembly. Priced at $111, I told him forget it. He did mention that
there's a circuit board on each tail light, and mine has failed. If so,
could someone tell me if it's worth trying to fix. I can get a used assembly
on...

Seat belts by
kent
The automatic seatbelt in my 92 SL1 does not always work. Sometimes the
belt end attached to the roof will roll back and strap me in, sometimes
not. It also sometimes operates by itself when the car is shut off.
Dealer recommends replacing the "chime module" bu I don't want to just
start buying...

Drain holes by
[email protected]
I have a 95 Saturn SL2. After heavy rains, the rear floor of my car is
wet, and there is constant dripping from the molding around the windows
on the driver's side. I know from other posts here that I likely have
clogged drain tubes around my sunroof (factory installed).
However, what I haven't...

how to remove PCM from a 1992 sl2? by
TheKorn
My wife's SL2 is toast. I'd like to remove the PCM and poke around,
for no real other good reason than I'd like to poke the PCM with a
sharp stick and watch it squirm. :)
I've been able to get the PCM unmounted so that it's just being held
on by the wires that lead into it. So far so good. ...

Door lock switches on 1996 SW-2 - difficult? by
marcodbeast
Hi all, I'm back again with another silly question. How tough should
replacing the driver's side door lock switches on my '96 SW-2 be? The door
looks like it might come open fairly easily, but I'm partially disabled and
don't want to try it myself if I'm liable to get stuck halfway through.
