Cigarette smoke BAD - Automobile smoke GOOD by laura bush - VEHICULAR HOMICIDE

How To Block Traffic (with photo!) by Dave in SD
See also: http://tinypic.com/k0q0z9.jpg Everybody's friend Scott has documented the 'I B JAM' (I'll Be Just a Minute) phenominon before, but this was just espescially impressive to me. The lazy mother****er driving this truck blocked the only lane of traffic in a no passing zone, while ignoring...

Gears and speed by [email protected]
Can someone provide me with an swer to the question... If you take a theoretical normal 1 litre car and replace the gearbox with one containing say 10 or 15 gears instead of the original 5, but the first 5 gears are the same, would it be possible to take the car up to a substantially greater speed?

Dear Mr. Ford (a modest proposal) by Daniel J. Stern
Dear Mr. Ford: I see you're having tough times lately. It sounds as if you realise this is mostly because people don't want to buy the cars you've got on offer. That new Ford Five Hundred sedan, and its Lincoln and Mercury rebadged versions, are total sales flops for you, which has got to be tough...
