63 park brake cable replace info by
lib
While setting the parking brake the handle came off in my hand. The end of
the cable broke at the handle. I bought an OEM cable but am unsure of how
big of a job it is to re-route thru the car back to the rear brake yoke. Any
knowledge to share about this task?

1963 ( Early) Gas door by
lib
My original roller-latch door was replaced with a chrome generic. Does the
early door use a special bezel to accomodate the roller on the door? Are the
door, hinge, and bezel (if necessary) the only parts I need to make this
swap? Thanx- lib

lib
Is there a way to lube the headlight motor bearings? It has been garaged for
over 20 years and I don't want to damage them when opening for first time. I
know they have a manual knob and they both worked correctly when put away.
Any tips before rolling up? Thanx- lib

63E Mirror mount specs? by
lib
I removed my O/S LH mirror today and discovered that the mount appears to be
from a 63L to 67E, according to catalogs. Would it be possible that the
screws that hold the mirror mount to the body would match up with the screw
spacing on the 63E long-base kit. I can't tell by looking in the...

they...

though I'm sure they breathe better and give better performance, etc....
