Hello, Do I have to pull the intake manifold to replace the plugs on a 01 MPV? Also, I called the dealer after reading about a TSB calling for 5w20 oil... He said the recommendation is 5w30... any ideas?

Dash lights out by bokuglen
Help with dash light problem! My 97 Miata's dash lights periodically don't work. Sometimes if I wait a day or so, the lights will work again. But at the moment, I can turn off the lights/engine and retry with no luck. My dimmer switch has not worked for a long time, but now the dash lights...

Baby seat? by Eric Baber
We're about to have our first baby and I'm wondering about using a baby seat in my MX-5. Is there one that'll fit? Is this irresponsible since it would be in the "front seat" (there being no back seat!)? Eric

Review of MX-5 2.0i Sport Limited Edition by Eric Baber
http://www.itv-motoring.com/road_test/mazda/10155.asp Not sure if this version is only available in the UK but here's an interesting write-up about it. The reviewer thinks it's got "too much power", making you want to take it out on the motorway all the time and making it not as enjoyable as the...

Towing Miata 4-Down by mickey53usa
I have done quite abit of research on this - Getting ready to do this with a 2005 Miata 6-spd. Everything that I have read indicates that the 6-spd transmission was redesigned (or is a different design) than the 5-spd and should have less lubrication problems when towed. Have corresponded with a...

Can long nose, (skinny) crank be installed without pulling the engine? by [email protected]
I recently purchased a super low mileage 1990 miata with short crank. It's really beautiful and looks like new. I'd like to have the skinny crank installed for a personal feeling of security when I'm driving through the desert at night. At his point I don't have a handle on the possible cost of...

1 video is worth 1000 words - SUV rollover by pws
I remember a situation very similar to this in my Datsun 280Z. I was forced off the highway onto the median and came back onto the road at a bad angle, causing me to spin out once the tires hit pavement again. The difference is that my wheels stayed on the ground, the car didn't crash, and nobody...
