Recycling, re-using DP heads by Mel P.
I have my old DP heads I replaced a couple of years ago. Is there any way to test or inspect them to see if they are good or rebuildable? I had replaced them thinking I had a bad valve. Not really sure... While I was removing my 2 yr. old head, I cracked it (that's another story). Is it...

Antique plate question by Remco
In CT our antique or "early american" plates limit the value of a car to $500. There is no useage limit here. Clearly limiting the value of a car to $500 makes insurance and tax inexpensive as well, but am wondering what happens in case of an accident: Clearly, a love tap by a buick will total the...

1700 head replacement: gasket question by [email protected]
Hello, on the old heads, there are 3 thin metal gaskets or shims between cylinder barrels and the head. I pulled these out of the old heads. The new head doesn't have these shims installed.
