C4 Battery by
Pizza Bob
Battery in my 1990 Z-51 died. My fault - I'm sure I let it sulfate -
disconnected the float charger and forgot about it. Took a charge, lasted
one day. Thought I'd explore an Optima, but found they don't make an
application for the C4. Closest is their 75/25 but seems a smidgen to long
and...

427 corvette engine vin number by
[email protected]
I have a 1968 corvette with a 427 with a 4spd but I think the engine
was rebuilt at some point removing the vin number on the front of the
engine. I am looking to sell the car but would like to know if there
is any other vin stamped into the engine?

1981 Corvette Delco radio by
billccm
Hello:

auto
reverse cassette. Unfortunately, all the stickers for model and
serial
numbers have fallen off the radio's case.
The complaint is hiss, but no tuning,...

Water Pump problem by
dennis
I have a 1992 Corvette that was just diagnosed with a faulty/leaking water
pump. I called the dealership and was given a price of approximately $650
for the job. Then I was told that the optispark module needed to be replaced
since the water pump typically leaks on the unit and as a result, once...
