351 Windsor Oil Pressure Problem by
CG
My question is about a 351 Windsor engine. On cool days (70 degrees),
it runs fine and the engine temp hovers only halfway to the red zone
and the oil pressure is steady. On hot days (over 80 degrees), it runs
hot and will overheat if I push it at all. When the engine idles down
to 600-700 RPM,...

99 Cobra cracked ring by
cgun
I started noticing a ticking in my engine (50K miles). The dealer
tells me they think it is a cracked piston ring. Estimated repairs are
between $5K and $7K. I'm not really willing to put that much money
into this car. They say they need to pull the engine and rebuild it or
buy a crate...

Anyone work for Ford? by
Chad
I'm looking for someone who works for Ford that may be able to answer
some questions for me about the A/X plans and a current Ford vehicle
purchase. Different dealers tell me different things. Please remove
"remove" from my email address.
Thanks

Chad Woodhams
OK I did it. I converted my 88 Fox body convert. to 5 lug- SN95 spindles,
calipers, and rotors, 5 lug rear axles and drums. Here's my question: with
the new SN95 calipers, my brakes are very spongy. I have bled them very
well. What gives? I'm pretty sure that the new calipers are larger...

2006 Grinding? by
Chap
Hi all,
I too have a 2006 GT automatic Mustand and I'm noticing this slight
grinding sound. I'm not sure exactly how to describe it. I don't seem to
notice it while driving on the highway or faster speeds, but I do seem to
hear it when idle at a red light or sometimes driving slower speeds. ...

My brother is a Ford Mustang fan. He has a Bullit (not sure what year)
his son has a 94 or 95 5.0 and he has a second one, the last year of the
notchback, I think. I can find out details if needed.
I am a SAAB fan and an opportunity came up recently to buy some SAAB

Spitting Noise When Accelerating by
Charles[_2_]
Hello,
I'm still driving my '95 GT convertible after 10 years. Now I'm
getting some issues when accelerating. As the RPMs go up, I hear a
"spitting" noise and the "Check Engine" light comes on.
Before I take it to a mechanic, I was hoping for some insight into what
might be happening.
Thanks,
