156 Wiper Motors by SteveH
Who designed them? 'cos they're crap. I've just done a swap of ours *again* - although this time, I've stripped and cleaned an old one to re-use. It's a bit noisy, but it'll do for now.... --

Ouch! That hurt.... by SteveH
Just paid the bill for the 'big' cambelt service and MOT on the 156. Anyone care to guess on the size of the bill? (Cambelt, 60k service (minus plugs, they were done last time) and MOT) 'Prace bets now!' -- SteveH 'You're not a real petrolhead unless you've owned an Alfa Romeo'

Hi... you asked for Feedback on the Volvo V50. Got mine last week. 2.0D V50 R-Design sport. Only had it one week but, have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by it. I was quite prepared to hate it... but apart from some minor niggles, it is a pretty good car.

Bonnet cable.... again by SteveH
I've done a lot of searching, but can't find anyone who sells 75 bonnet cables. Does anyone know if they're still likely to be available from main dealers? - I know I don't, technically, need one for the MOT - but I reckon any tester would be a tad ****ed off at having to fiddle around to pop the...
