X Plan purchase?? by
yahoo xxxchangeit
OK....want to order a convert for delivery around April/May.....am sure
there won't be any deals for a long time.
My company does business with FoMoCo so we are eligible to buy anything
Ford under the "X Plan".
I have no idea how that works - would it be a good deal (or at least,
would I not get...

yahoo xxxchangeit

WTF? has this been going on for a while? is it a Ford unit (what the
heck does FoMoCo built in Italy) or...

How do you get the head rest off on a 2000 Mustang GT Convertible? I've
tried pulling straight up but it won't come out completely. Any
suggestions?
Thanks

Recommendation for Winter Driving... by
Y2KRedMustang
I realize that we're in Spring now but I've decided to go down to one car
which would be my '00 GT convertible. This would mean that I would be using
the GT in the winter here in Denver. I don't have traction control and
would like to know how you deal with winter driving? Do you switch out...

Tire Recommendation for '00 GT Vert by
Y2KRedMustang
I have a 2000 GT Vert and I'm looking into replacing my current tires with a
less expensive set. I can't afford to pay 200-250 per tire, I'd like to be
around 90-120 range. Any thoughts?
My local tire dealer here recommended Fulda Extremos, Falken Ziex-502 and
Nankang Vs. Anyone with these...

1973 Mustang - 351C Surging problem by
[email protected]
My '73 fastback just had a tuneup & oil change at the local shop,
including new distributor, wires & points.
She runs fine at low speeds, but now at highway speeds (50-60mph, 3K
rpm) the engine surges somewhat.
Seems to me like a carb problem (float maybe), but she ran OK before
and I don't think...

Mustang V6s... by
XS11E[_1_]
I'm investigating the possibility of a used Mustang and I'm looking for
information on reliability and serviceability of various V6s used. I
know there was the 3.8, 4.0, 3.7 etc. is there one to avoid? One to
prefer?
NOTE: I'll probably look for a V8 but there seems to be a bunch of V6s...
