91 Corvette battery replacement by
Bob I
The body panel outboard of the battery, forward of the door should come
off easily. Bolt on top, bolt underneath and the screws inside the fender.

88 C4 Leaking Tranny - Rear Yoke? by
88C4RagTop
I've brought my car back to a reputable tranny shop twice now to seal tranny
leaks. Finally stopped leaking except in the rear. Tranny guy tells me
that the rear trasmission seal is leaking and that he has to replace the
whole rear yoke assembly? Replacing the seal didn't stop it. Does this...

2002 Body Style by
Travis Ogden
What do you call the body style of a 2002 with a trunk? Not the lift back
type. It is the same body style as a Z06.
Thanks,

2012 Nissan GTR=Corvette ZR1 KILLER. by
Sal
Skylines have outclassed overpriced underperforming cars like
Corvettes for years.
Even several generation old Modded Skylines have easily done 1/4 mile
in 7 seconds, 0-200 mph in 13 seconds, etc. Well, the STOCK 2012
1200bhp GTR has a 1/4 mile time of 9.6 seconds, and a 0-200 time of...

Ash Tray Conversion - Any Ideas? by
Roscoe[_2_]
IMHO - the ash tray is a waste of valuable space. If I could have a
cubby hole instead, I could store glasses, garage opener, etc. Anyone
have an idea as to how I can make the ash tray into a storage place?
(I have a 99 C5 hardtop)

1996 Clutch Switch Issue by
[email protected]
I have a 96 with an LT4. Lately when the ignition key is turned the
car won't always start. I think it is the clutch safety switch since
the last time it didn't start, I didn't release the pressure on the
ignition but I released the clutch and then pushed it back and it
fired right up. Another...

Hood Alignment '75 by
W Moore
Hi all,
Just had a new radiator, shroud, and foam strips installed in my '75 model.
When I got home from the shop I noticed that the hood is rubbing the body on
the driver's side while there is about 3/8 inch clearance between the hood
and the body on the passenger side. I would like to make...

350 Cu In. 350HP. new problems. by
George[_17_]
After a couple of weeks trying various things, I have the HEI system
working properly and have moved on to other things. The windscreen
wipers do not operate. The switch, - is it a vacuum or electrical one,
in the dash, seems stuck too. The flap is up. Any hints?
More serious, one of the wheel...

'86 hesitation by
joevett
Maybe someone can help me with this.
While highway driving and hitting it to pass/accelerate "sometimes" I
get a hesitation and a grinding noise like the gears are not grabbing. I
let go of the gas , accelerate again and it clears up. This only happens at
speeds over 40-50 MPH. I have an...

64 Corvette Restoration by
krullik
Just started a restoration of a 1964 Corvette Roadster. First thing is to
see if we can get the motor running after about 10 years of sitting.
Fortunetly the car was stored inside a warehouse so there was no sun damage.
I will try to keep the page...
