Ford gets a clue by Michael Johnson
I have been blasting Ford for abandoning their long time model names like the Cougar, Thunderbird and, most of all, the Taurus. Now it appears that Alan Mulally (Ford's new CEO) is wondering the same thing I have been. This guy might be showing some...

2001 mustang convertible by len rominger
I have a 2001 mustang convertible that drips water from the fold near the back window. Took it into the shop and they said when water sits in the fold after a number of years it has rotted the fabric. To fix it, requires new fabric which has the rear window attached for about $1000 plus labor....

starts then quits by blk98cobra
My 98 cobra will start and run for about 5 minutes then quit, it will fire right back and do the same thing. It will quit while going down the road too but will start right up again. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong? Thanks

headers for 1965 6 cyl 200 cu in by Richard Catrambone
I am replacing the exhaust manifold (1965 6 cylinder, 200 cu in., 3-speed). I was originally just going to replace it with a new exhaust manifold and then I got to thinking about replacing it with headers (I realize I'd have to deal with the exhaust pipe too). I've seen headers for my engine...

351C 4v - Engine Detailing by [email protected]
I'm looking to detail my 351C 4V next weekend and would appreciate any photos and / or URLs which could assist me in the process (color of pulleys, power steering pump, air cleaner, etc.). There's only 4 1970 Mach 1s in South Africa, so there's not much reference material.

Fuel/Air mix by goodnigh
Recently adjusted the mixture screws on my Carter AFB using a tach. Back out the screws until the RPM no longer increases. Have heard a better way is by using a vacuum gauge. Turn in the screws (more lean) until the vacuum just drops a little. Then back out 1/4 turn. Does this sound right? mike
