Electric Speedo - Help Please! by
[email protected]
What is needed to convert from a stock speedometer to an electric
speedometer?
Besides the electric speedo, I figure I would also need the electric
hall sensor that attaches to the stock speedo cable, separate
generator and oil warning lights, and a separate fuel gauge.
I noticed that the...

trim, rubber, vents, etc on a 1962 Vert. Any websites, threads or
books that you can pass on. This car was a basket case with many used
and new parts. Just trying to figure out were everything goes or if
I'm missing pieces.

the float check. The original check was adjustable and had a larger
input aperture. New one is not adjustable.
I used the new ones and I wonder if it was a mistake. Does Brosol assume
we are going to adjust the float level...

AFC Fuel Mixture Too Lean, Type 1 by
beewoolie
Greetings.
About a month ago, I burned the #3 exhaust value when the seat came
loose. Before the catastrophe,
one mechanic told me that the whistling sound was normal in older
cars. Yikes! This was the third
set of heads I've replaced in less than 30K miles.
I've wondered if the engine was...

One of the nuts that hold my Sump Plate Cover is striped and the stud
is not in good shape. I notice that the stud is shorted then the
others and that’s why it stripped the nut. This stud is on the middle
of the right side of the case ( #1 #2 cylinder).

Exhaust Analyzer Needed-Help please!
Hi all!
Will someone please help me pick out a reliable but, not too expensive
exhaust analyzer/CO Meter?
I found a link on how to make one:
http://mysite.verizon.net/janvdb/vw/Engine/ExhaustAnalyzer
But, I think I would rather just buy one.
