99 Chrysler 300M 3.5L - Cranks, will not start by [email protected]
Ok, I am at a loss. Son called me from a friends house and said car wouldn't start, was running fine when he shut it off, got ready to leave 2 hours later and nothing. Went over to check things out, motor turned over normally, almost started "kinda acted like it is just not getting enough fuel"...

Headlight cover for 300m - replaceable? by MoPar Man
Looking at the headlight units on the 300m, it looks like the cover should just pop off if you undo some clips on the bottom edge. Instead of messing around with cleaners and polish, is it possible to just buy a new cover? I see many listings on ebay for complete headlight units (typically...

SWMBO and the noise I can't hear by Percival P. Cassidy[_2_]
'02 300M. ~130K miles. My wife is telling me, insistently and forcefully, that there is a high-pitched sound that is driving her crazy every time I apply the brakes -- and (often but not always) even when I keep my foot on the brake pedal after the car has stopped. I cannot hear it at...

Chrysler 300m -> do you really need a power-steering fluid cooler? by MoPar Man
I finally found out where my power-steering fluid was leaking from. After taking off the front plastic facia (which was easier to do than I thought), the leak was easy to see. The so-called power-steering fluid cooler is just a 4-ft long piece of aluminum tubing bent into a long U shape and...

Repairing cracks in front plastic facia - will fiberglass resin "stick"? by MoPar Man
While I have the front facia off my '00 300m, I figure it's a good time to fix some cracks on the lower edge. I could rivit small pieces of sheet metal to bridge the cracks, but I'm wondering if fiberglass resin would "stick" or bond to this facia? Maybe if I roughened (sanded) it a little? What...

Dodge Caliber/Jeep Compass 2.0L 4-Cylinder by Jeff Strickland[_2_]
I'm working on the referenced engine that has a P02006 code that describes the intake manifold runner control stuck closed. I found the control valve, and removed it. I attempt to turn the shaft that is inside the intake manifold to operate the manifoild runner, but it does not turn. I do not...

django-ajax-uploader how to send csrf_token with fine-uploader 3.5.0 by [email protected]
I am implementing django-ajax-uploader in a project, but I want to use latest version of fineuploader that is currently under 3.5.0, supposedly, as documentation says the only thing I should do to send csrf_token is putting it inside customHeaders dictionary: If you want to use the latest version...

'00 300m -> What type of oil-like fluid could be leaking from underfront plastic facia? by MoPar Man
For over a year now I've been seeing small spots on my garage floor where some sort of fluid is leaking from my year-2000 Chrysler 300m. Something that's either part of the radiator or near the rad, some line or connection is leaking and dripping down to the lower edge of the front plastic facia...

PT Cruiser steering wheel squeek question? by BobMCT
As the subject states, when I rotate the steering wheel left/right it makes an eek/urk/eek/urk sound. Its slight but still annoying. Other than strip down the steering post and replace the bushings, does anyone know if/how one can squirt some lubricant into where it might clear this up? Thanks

Add oil to A/C? by Percival P. Cassidy[_2_]
I sometimes get a few seconds of screeching noise a little while after driving off in the mornings, and I *think* it might be from the A/C compressor. Is there any way of adding oil to the system other than by draining, recovering the refrigerant, and recharging? Perce
