Getting 200K+ miles out of a car by Charles Packer
When I bought the 1992 Isuzu Trooper in 1996 with 45K miles on it, I decided that this was the one I would try to drive "into the ground," that is, see how many miles I could get out of it. A daily 60-mile commute for the last six years has advanced this project big time! From my careful records,...

Passed a cop today by Bill 2
In a 100 km/h zone, followed behind him at 100-105. Someone came on the highway in front of him, and was driving 90-95, slowing down the cop, so I went in the passing lane and passed the cop at 105. Nothing happened.

A truly sick story about drunk-driving by Laura Bush murdered her boy friend
During the big DUI Dragnet, a Highway Patrolman waited outside a popular local bar, hoping for a bust. At closing time as everyone came out, he spotted his potential quarry. The man was so obviously inebriated that he could barely walk. He stumbled around the parking lot for a few minutes, looking...

A Sloth driver in a Honda Accord pulled in front of me today and started going 45 km/h in a 70 km/h zone. Obviously not needing to go anywhere, the Sloth driver continued at this speed until it saw another driver turning left ahead. It stopped behind the turning car, but then decided that it...

Tire thoughts/suggestions? by Cory Dunkle
I am going to get new tires most likely Friday. I'm having a hard time deciding what tires to get. One that was recommended to me as a good daily driver tire that bites well in the snow is the Futura Plus Touring SE in P225/70R15 which should be about $65 mounted and balanced. That fits my budget...
