Peter Parker

told me that it was all pretty much a waste of his life. No
retirement pension or health insurance. Anyway. He was getting
into his mid 50's and the back-pain was getting...

Chicago Paddling-Fishing

I'm disappointed ...

cold engine, when I start the car, put the transmission on D, the car
doesn't engage until several seconds. Then it engaged with a push. If I
am parked and first engage to Reverse, then when I switch to Drive the
car...

92 Jetta turbo diesel oil filter question by
AJ[_4_]
Hi:
I got an oil change recently done by my mechanic. He always has a hard time
replacing the oil filter as he finds it too big for the little space there
is to replace it. I buy the FRAM PH 3569 from Wal-Mart. He has asked me to
check if there is a smaller version of this filter available for...

that.

Diesel Headache (Old Skool 1500 vs. 1600) by
Rabbit TDi
I'm dealing with rebuilding a 1.5D in a 1985 Vw Golf.
Yes I know that it would have came with a 1.6- but the block just has a
"D" on it and the wrist pins are 22mm not 24. Making it a 1.5. Looks
like who ever had it blew up the 1.6 and got cheap.
The connecting rods are different sizes in the...

Hi all,
I have a 2001 Wolfsburg Jetta with a burned out side turn-signal light

Anyone done...
